At Savaesenca, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, secure, and satisfying. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel, return, or request a refund. Our policy below outlines all such procedures and timelines clearly.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment
You can request cancellation of your order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once we receive and confirm your cancellation request, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
Note: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may proceed with the Return & Refund process once the order is delivered.
Refunds for Cancellations
Depending on your payment method:

Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refunded to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Please allow 2–3 additional days for the amount to reflect.

Savaesenca Credit/Coupons: Optionally, you may receive the refund as store credit for future purchases.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Steps to Return/Replace a Product:

Contact us at support@savaesenca.com within 5 days of delivery.

Mention your Order ID and reason for return. Attach clear images of the product, showing batch number, any damage (if applicable), and a copy of the invoice.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 4–7 business days. The product must be in its original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We will not accept returns if:

The product packaging, labels, or barcodes are missing or damaged.

The product is tampered with or altered.

The return request is raised after 5 days of delivery.

Free or promotional products are returned individually.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received?
In rare cases where your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

Email us at support@savaesenca.com within 5 days.

Share your Order ID, images/videos of the product and packaging, and clearly show the issue (tampered seal, wrong item, leakage, etc.).

Once approved, we’ll initiate a reverse pickup and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
Partial Order Returns
You may return part of your order. All returned items must be in their original condition, and free gifts included must also be returned.
Refunds for Returned Products
Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Depending on payment method:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be done via bank transfer. We will request your bank details after initiating the return.

Store Credit: You may choose to receive a Savaesenca coupon for future purchases.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

Cancellation before dispatch.

Return due to delivery of damaged, defective, or wrong product.

Return due to delivery failure, such as:

Customer not available.

Incorrect delivery address.

Phone unreachable.

Refunds will be initiated once the product is received back by our logistics partner or warehouse.
Discount Coupons & Loyalty Credits

Coupons/Vouchers: One-time use only and are considered redeemed once used. Cannot be refunded or reused after cancellation.

Loyalty Points (if applicable): These will be credited back in case of cancellation or return.
