Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all orders with a final cart value of INR 999 or above.
• For orders below INR 999, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 will apply.
• Shipping charges may vary depending on ongoing offers, discount codes, or promotional campaigns active at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for eligible pin codes across India and is subject to the same shipping charges mentioned above.
• The maximum order value allowed for COD is INR 2,000.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Indian Standard Time (IST) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
• Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 0 to 1 working day on business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed after 7:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically delivered within 0 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Remote or non-serviceable pin codes by courier partners.

Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delivery failure.
• At least two delivery attempts will be made. Delivery failures due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number will result in the order being marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

RTO & Re-delivery

• If an order is returned to Sava Esenca as RTO, a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
• Orders marked as RTO will not be re-shipped. Customers need to place a new order to repurchase the product.

Shelf Life & Expiry

• The shelf life and expiry information for each product will be clearly mentioned on the respective product label or packaging.
• All items sold comply with Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, including “Best Before” or “Use By” dates as applicable.

Packaging & Courier Partners

• All shipments are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
• Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery across serviceable locations.
